I strongly support the USPS. It serves everyone, not just profitable routes. Where else can you send something thousands of miles for 49 cents? Unfortunately, the staff at this branch are often intolerant of typical customer behavior. Maybe they would be happier doing deliveries.
Highland park USPS has the worst customer service at this location.. their employees are rude, disrespectful and arrogant..

Definitely the worst post office in the area. Parul is just terrible everytime I come in. Go to the Kilmer post office instead.
I’ve put up with the red headed lady’s bad attitude for several years, but I’ve reached my breaking point as it is the holiday season. If you don’t like your job, quit. It doesn’t cost you anything to smile or be pleasant and please don’t be rude. I’m now going to have to drive father to go to a post office in the next town.
